327086 - Downloaded Install files always corrupt

User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)
Build Identifier: 1.5.0.1

Windows will not load installer files downloaded with firefox. When links are downloaded from Internet Explorer, they work fine, same links are used. The rate is 100% failure. new install does the same. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download File
2.Try to install file
3.NSIS error stating corrupt file.

Actual Results:  
Installers never work unless bypassed by the /NCRC append in the command prompt

Expected Results:  
Installed the file

No themes or anything. Tried uninstalling fasterfox, and uninstalling Down Them All, still had same results.

Have you tried:
-running firefox in its safemode?
-a new profile?
