327115 - Firefox should never copy storage.sdb from another profile

Firefox should only use the stuff in its own current profile. 
Was very surprised when I saw old bookmarks in my newly made profile. It costed me some time to understand that it was a copy of the storage.sdb, made from old bookmarks found in a profile in Application Data that I never use. :)
Only renaming the file in Application Data forced Firefox to create the correct files.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a folder on your desktop and start Firefox with: 
start C:\firefox\places\firefox\firefox.exe -Profile "profile/"
2. Wonder where the old bookmarks came from and discover that you can only prevent it by renaming the file in Application Data.

I don't see this anymore.
A new profile whereever opens with the default set.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
