(16:19:51) chrishofmann: no "click to continue script" dialogs... ;-) .... still pretty slow (16:22:28) chrishofmann: now it seems to have hung. trying the travel demo (16:23:51) chrishofmann: the hang is in all tabs and minimo menus... (16:25:43) chrishofmann: was able to shut down the browser window to get back to my wince today screen, but now even that appears to have hung... (16:28:11) DougT 10: this is new -- i tested this last week ish. (16:28:59) DougT 10: reverting the pref timeout change to see if that makes a difference.
reducing dom.max_script_run_time to some 15, brings up two dialogs, but then renders the pages successfully. hmm.
found the problem. the build chris was using only has a 256k memory cache. Increasing it to 1mb, make backbase load (after a long delay -- which may be another bug). Marking fixed as I will make the change to keep the memory cache 1mb.
