I'm attaching the javascript that works from a pop-up window and judging from the code it should insert hebrew characters into a search box in the original window. However nothing happens - I'm wondering if it's IE only or something? Perhaps it would be possible to make it work?

Reproducible: Always

Generator code
To know if this is a Firefox bug or not, we'd need the page with which this popup is meant to work.

Original page code
This is a problem with your Javascript, not a problem with Firefox.

window.opener.document.frames has no properties (line 13 of the popup file)

I suspect the page works just fine in windows and IE so what advice could be given to the creators of that page to make it work in firefox?
Fix the bug I mentioned by using standard ECMAscript (the standardised form of Javascript), and not constructs purely supported by IE.
