(This is a dup of #32748, but I can't append to it b/c of this bug) There is a problem with the most recent bugzilla checkin (by matthew@zeroknowledge.com via terry@mozilla.org) The specific problem is that the empty milestone now has a value of "---", where is used to have a value of empty string or null (not sure which). Bugzilla sees this as a change of value, and denies permission if you don't have permission to edit the bug.

moving all closed Bugzilla bugs to the new Bugzilla product. This batch is DUPLICATE/INVALID/WORKSFORME/WONTFIX reassigning to default owner and QA in case of the bug being reopened. Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of resolutions. Sorry for the spam everyone...
