When using alpha blending in a motif (such as http://cuneaform.mozdev.org/output-bliss2.css which blends most everything) the header "floats" under the text (as shown in the hyperlinked flash movie).

To reproduce, load the output-bliss motif, and scroll down on a large room.

This was working properly in Firefox 1.0.
Your CSS is completely invalid in so many places. See the JavaScript console when you load ChatZilla with it.
