1.) If you drag a .URL file directly from the Desktop into an open Firefox window (WITHOUT first dragging it over the page viewing area) and then drag it on top of a folder in the Bookmarks Toolbar, the folder will not expand.

2.) If you then drop the file, it will break the folder icon and make it look like a bookmark icon.

3.) Going back to step one, if you DO first drag the .URL file over the page viewing area, and then up over a Bookmars Toolbar folder, the folder WILL expand.  However, if you drop the .URL file into it, it will still break the folder.

4.) Once you have broken the folder by following step 2 or 3, dragging ANY bookmark over this broken folder will no longer expand it.

5.) Any broken folders will again function as normal only after a restart.
