I see this with Linux nightly 2000-03-23-09, but for me it happens immediately on load. I don't need to click on one of the SELECT drop-down menus to get it. Problem doesn't occur on Linux NS4.7. Corrected URL so it is clickable from Bugzilla.

I could not reproduce this bug on the given URL, but I think it may a duplicate of a bug I recently reported: bug 40280
