The text inputs have maxlength="0" and readonly="readonly" set. Firefox dutifully truncates the text to 0 characters and prevents manually inputting new text (even if the maxlength was greater than zero). This is a dupe of bug 35230 (and others), but since this appears to be preventing use of a public web site, sending over to Tech Evangelism. Changing the bug title; for reference it was originally "The form should fill itself and doesn't. It is even impossible to fill it up manually."
