The text inputs have maxlength="0" and readonly="readonly" set.  Firefox dutifully truncates the text to 0 characters and prevents manually inputting new text (even if the maxlength was greater than zero).

This is a dupe of bug 35230 (and others), but since this appears to be preventing use of a public web site, sending over to Tech Evangelism.

Changing the bug title; for reference it was originally "The form should fill itself and doesn't.  It is even impossible to fill it up manually."

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
