When you first launch the browser, the homepage is supposed to be a firstlaunch page instead of the default Camino Homepage. This only happens once, so it is hard to recreate, but it goes straight to the Default Camino Homepage, not the Firstlaunch Homepage. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deinstall Camino
2. Fresh Install of Camino
3. Check what default homepage on FIRST LAUNCH OF BROWSER is. 

Actual Results:  
it would either send me to the Firstlaunch page or Regular Homepage. 

Expected Results:  
Always divert to the Firstlaunch page. 

Running Mac OS X 10.4.5 [Build 8H14] (latest) on a eMac G4 with a 1.25GHz PowerPC Processor.

This WFM with 1.0; I tried the following 2 methods:

1. Launch 0.8.4 and have it create an 0.8.4 profile
2. Launch 1.0 (got welcome.html which redirects to cb.o/start)
3. Quit, then relaunch 1.0 (got homepage.html)

1. Clear our all old profiles
2. Launch 1.0 (got welcome.html which redirects to cb.o/start)
3. Quit, then relaunch 1.0 (got homepage.html)

Dean, you reported this bug with a recent nightly build of Camino, not Camino 1.0.  Nightlty builds do not display the "first launch" page (nor will release builds older than the last build of Camino that's been run, iirc)--but if you create a fresh profile using a nightly, its default homepage will be welcome.html

Confused?  All of that condenses down to, if you experienced this behavior with the same build you used to report this bug, then the build was behaving exactly as expected.

I ran it on camino 1.0 stable first. i ran a nightly build when i went to post this comment. I did not even know there was a welcome page until i was writing to [e-mail] when i commented on the lack of import of bookmarks. I just overlooked the fact when i did not get the welcome page. i was running nightly build when posting, but not when experiencing these results. when recreating, i ran camino 1.0 stable fresh, clearing all profiles. You are correct Smokey, but i was running 1.0 stable
