When I use Firefox and login to webmail or my Account, I keep getting the login screen. No error message are given due to incorrect user name or password.
I have to use Mozilla webmail to access email and Account at dslextreme.com.
The default browser is Firefox, and the default webmail is Dslextreme.com
I contacted Dslextreme and they are able to login to my webmail using my username and password. They say problem is with Firefox.
My usp is DSLEXTREME.COM
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Repeat username and password at webmail login and page is repeated again with blank fields for user name and password. no errors shown.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
login page is repeated with no errors shown for unknown username or password.
Expected Results:
To be at the INBOX for my webmail.
I searched for this bug and could not find a similar one using advanced search.
Found ones for logins to Bestbuy and Verisign, but they are not what I am reporting.
I checked with Mozilla the user profile and it shows my profile highlighted.
This feature is not available using Firefox (I could not locate it).

I found that the cookies settings for Firefox were different from Mozilla.
The Firefox cookie settings did not allow for any saved cookies and this affected the login for Mozilla and also for several other sites that I tried to log in too.
