User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1 I've used to send messages in KOI8-R. But in current version of Mozilla ThunderBird I do not manage to set KOI8-R as default outgoing encoding. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Get a non-KOI-8 incoming email 2. reply with some KOI-8 letters 3. You get a warning that outgoing mail contains letters that are out of nonUTF range and it will ask you to send mail in UTF (this is not acceptably) or set mail encoding explicitly (this is very annoing to set it every time). 4. I believe that previous versions of Thunderbird had an option to set default outgoing codepage, but I dont manage to find this option after interface redesign.
