Details
When downloading mozilla-...-.tar.gz from build ID 2000.03.21.15, large (>64k, I
would imagine) files are saved with "trailing garbage". Seems like a buffer
overrun to me, given the problem recently solved similar to this. For the 6 MB
Mozilla tarball, there is 131k of "garbage" trailing at the end.
Other than and up to the trailing garbage, the files are identical.

This appears to no longer be a problem in 2000.03.22.08.

Looks like this thing is a problem again for the latest Linux build that
worked. I'm reopening so that someone can be assigned to it.
(DESPITE being the submitter, I am unable to reopen this thing! ???)
