heading runs trough picture
viewing debug->viewer demos the heading 'animated gifs' rungs through the gif.
im running m14 on solaris, ill attach a screen shot.

It's an XP problem. To reproduce, open Test2 and make the window very wide: the
"Animated GIFs" title is displayed on top of the image from the previous <P>.
Confirmed and reassigned to buster.
