If Firefox is opened from a link in an mIRC version 6.17 window the mouse scroll wheel won't work

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run mIRC
2.type http://personal.nbnet.nb.ca/pawl in a channel window
3.double click the url
4.click the rollcall button
5.Notice your scroll wheel won't work

Actual Results:  
Scroll wheel won't work

Expected Results:  
expect the scroll wheel to work

In case this bug ever gets re-opened, the problem might be that the page uses frames.  Using the scroll wheel over the frame with the buttons in them will not scroll the frame with the list of names and dates that appears after clicking on the "Rollcall" button.  Before re-opening this bug, please attempt to reproduce this while hovering the mouse cursor over the list of names.
