SeaMonkey and secnews.netscape.com cannot communicate securely because
they have no common encryption algorithms. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add secnews news server (ssl port 563)
2.Attempt to subscribe to news groups
3.
Actual Results:  
Alert pops up saying SeaMonkey and secnews.netscape.com cannot communicate
securely because they have no common encryption algorithms. 


Expected Results:  
Subscribed to desired groups

Problem first appeared with CVS Thu Feb 23 03:13:29 EST 2006.  Prior CVS update
Fri Feb 17 15:06:57 EST 2006 worked perfectly.  Problem still exists as of Sun
Feb 26 12:47:05 EST 2006.

The 20060224 SeaMonkey nightly is not affected, nor is Mozilla 1.7.2.
