For some reason, both talkback.xpi and browser.xpi contain a readme.txt It is the same file. It should be removed from talkback.xpi
Background: readme.txt was added in bug 258625 to cope with installer errors (barfing on empty talkback.xpi due to missing talkback server during the build). Duplicate README's went on to cause bug 325341.
Why on earth did they pick the same name as a file in the base? Any other filename would have worked.
The NSIS installer doesn't need / use the readme.txt hack and the entry has been removed from packages-static in bug 350943. Please close if this is an acceptable fix for this bug.

This doesn't affect the NSIS installer which has been in use since Firefox 2.0. Resolving -> WONTFIX as it applies to fixing this bug for Firefox 1.5 since that is what this bug is about.
