328808 - SMTP email problem.Sending without error message using Bugzilla 2.20. but cant receive at Oulook.

Build Identifier: SMTP send email problem without error message

Using Bugzilla 2.20 and follow the steps at http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/win32install.html to install.
After the installation, creating new accout without error and bugzilla said the email was succesfully mail to the user but the the user can't receive.
And it also happened when post bugs.

I have tried to chage the mail methord to 'textfile' and get the following result at 'mailer.testfile'.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Finally account was created but user can't receice the mail.
Bug was created and can't mail to the reporter.
