Details
haddock, a Linux VM on bl-vmware01, is having consistent networking problems.
It's not pingable from the office network, and ssh connectivity is spotty (it'll work for five minutes, but then stop), and Tinderbox builds are failing on the checkouts:
http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showlog.cgi?log=Aviary-1.0.1/1141326240.2660.gz
This is blocking the 1.0.8 release.

Looked at the dmesg, sshd and syslogs. Don't see anything wrong.
Checked the interface settings in vmware - set to GigE full duplex, verified the same on the switch.
Paul now has acces to the root console and couldn't find anything wrong either.

Paul, Did turning off the firewall fix the ssh and network connectivity issues?
Can I close this bug?
