Build 2000-03-22-11M15trunk: Win95
Build 2000-03-22-08M15trunk: Linux 6.0, Mac 8.5.1
Overview: Open the Address Book and notice that all the columns have a column
seperator except between the "Email" and "Work Phone" columns.
Expected Results: There should be a vertical seperator between the "Email" and
Work Phone" columns.

I believe the separation is there but cannot be seen. This may be some type of
drawing bug with tree.

Using Build # 2000-07-24-08, fixed. This was fixed by Andrew Wooldridge as part
of skin fixes. Thank you Andrew!
