Log in to AKO, accepts logif, goes to home page then goes right back to start page

When I log into AKO the login is accepted and the browser goes to the home page. The home page will load about 90% then it will go back to the login in page. I tried the same thing in Internet Explorer and it works fine. I also used Firefox 1.0 and it worked fine.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://www.us.army.mil/suite/login/welcome.html
2. create account
3. Login
