If you go to the properties of a bookmark separator in the bookmark manager, you can enter a value. This value displays on the separator in the bookmark manager; however, when you then click Bookmarks in a regular browser window, the separators appear in the correct places, but the Name isn't display on the separator.

These seprator names are great for grouping categories of bookmarks/folders, perhaps the name should be displayed as well?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add bookmark separator.
2. Right click on the separator and select Properties.
3. Enter a Value for the name.
4. Observe the name on the separator in the Bookmark Manager.
5. Close Manager.
6. Click Bookmarks in a browser window.
7. Observe new separator without the name.
8. Open Bookmark Manager.
9. Confirm that the entered name exists on the separator.

Actual Results:
No name was displayed on the separator when viewing it through a browser window.

Expected Results:
Display the name on the seperator when viewing it through a browser window's bookmark menu.
