314 [% title = "Dependency Loop Detected" %] 315 You can't make [% terms.abug %] blocked or dependent on itself. "You can't make a bug blocked on itself". That's right, you can't, because it doesn't make sense. It's not proper English. I don't actually know how to fix it. :(

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060316 Firefox/1.6a1 In technical writing the original, if considered clear in meaning and intent, would be all right. Given that you want a solution, it depends on whether you prefer the active or the passive voice: "You cannot make a Bug block itself" "It is not logical for a Bug to block itself" "It makes no sense for a Bug to block itself" "Bugzilla does not allow a Bug to block itself" "Bugzilla does not allow a Bug to be marked as its own Blocker" "A Bug marked as blocking itself could never be Resolved" et cetera, et cetera. Try "Block/Blocked by" and "Depends/Dependent on".
Target Milestone: --- → Bugzilla 2.22
Version: 2.23 → 2.22
Target Milestone: Bugzilla 2.22 → Bugzilla 2.24
Err, 2.22 is not released yet, so this could go into that release, in fact.
Target Milestone: Bugzilla 2.24 → Bugzilla 2.22
/me blames timeless again for not closing bugs. 3-4 days this patch was checked in and the bug is still open.
