To reproduce:
1. Type some text in Composer
2. Select it, and click on the Link toolbar button.
3. For your link, type "mailto:[e-mail]", and click OK.
4. Copy the linked text, and paste it below.

Results:
-> Pasted text lacks mail to link.

Expected results:
-> Link to be preserved, as are links to web pages.

Tested on 2000033206 beta 1 commercial branch build. (Originally noted by paulmac.)

Sidenote: are there similar kinds of links that we may also not be retaining? (I
can get a list from Warren to see what we're supporting and check as part of
verification.)

Note that I only checked this on Mac, assuming Paul originally noticed it on 
Windows, which is his primary platform.

I'm not sure if this has worked in seamonkey.  Reassign to Akkana.

HTML paste should certainly retain links, regardless of what the type of link
is.  I'll take a look.

Eli says he saw this on the branch.  I can't reproduce it on the tip, and I
suspect that my post-M14 change to get the context around the selection fixed
it.

Verified fixed on Windows & Linux builds from this morning, and Mac OS build
from yesterday morning. (Commercial)
