open page, clik on Click here and choose any date.
After closing the calendar, the "Leeg Maken" button does not function anymore
(It does before using the calendar, try entering something in the textfield)


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open page
2. Click on "click here" and pick any date
3. Click on "Leeg Maken" (which is a input type=reset). -> Does not function!

Actual Results:  
form is not resetted

Expected Results:  
form should be reset

It leads to a "404 Not Found" page. 
No reply for 3 weeks. Still a 404 page. Resolving as WFM
