this is bug 327473 reoccuring, the dropdown options of any but the first created account disapear, the prefs.js settings still exist and mail fetching, reading and sending still works.
ps: this is my first bugreport so i hope it is ok

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create more than two accounts
2. reopen the account settings
please try today's build.
