The only entities that an XML parser is required to support internally are
< > " ' & (see
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml#sec-predefined-ent).

Per http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml#sec-predefined-ent , XML parser is reqired to
support internally only entities like < > " ' &
