This still happens on FF 220.127.116.11. Here's an example: file:///D:/Projects/CLIENT~2/DOUGST~1/JBASE-~4.0-U/INDEX~1.HTM I doubleclicked on a .htm file in the Windows file manager (explorer?) and the URL looks as above.
