 ERROR MESSAGE-
 C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\97ci8er7.zip could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later, or conntact the server administrator. Seems (alto not certain) that problem surfaced after downloading
update for Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to downlod program from net.

Actual Results:  
 as above error message

Expected Results:  
 program to be downloaded

problem:
can't download anything. downloaded files appear in destination folder hours later, undownloaded.

Expected result:
my stuff get downloaded.

additional comment:
I've downloaded the latest firefox (on internet explorer) and still same problem.
