Like bug #330344, this is a very broad set of issues with many interested parties. This particular ticket serves as a catch-all for the topic. I have included some who I know have commented on this issue in the past, but there are many more people who are interested. Specific suggestions or issues on the topic of the Mozilla culture will be prefixed with "Culture: " and filed under the Governance component.
