The My Timezone tab in Calendar options displays a kind of tree format: /mozilla.org/20050126_1/Africa/Abidjan

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Options, Calendar, My Timezone tab


Expected Results:  
Have a string like "Africa, Abidjan"
First we should come up with a solution how the timezone picker should be realised. There are different solutions in discussion e.g. Bug 224905, Bug 296007 and Bug 302253. And Bug 304541 has another one.
Fixed by patch from preference dialog unification (bug 372014).
