actively using the browser then crashes and will not reinstall.  only after downloading again will brower install.  third time in 4 days that this has happened. no messages are left. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Actual Results:  
i do not know how to reproduce the problem.  the only solution has been to use another brower, msn, go to the mozilla site and download.

Expected Results:  
after down loaded, the brower operates.  however, without warning it will crash and not reinstall giving any error messages.

Have you tried:
-running firefox in its safemode
-a new profile
-reinstalling firefox in a new clean directory?
