When using the search box in IMDb and some other single-line form fields, as soon as I type two letters (literally, two), the autofill kicks in and locks up the entire browser and I lose everything because I have to perform a forced shutdown of the program. In some instances, the force shutdown window on Mac OS pops up under the autofill dropdown and I cannot click on the shutdown apply button forcing me to shutdown the entire computer via surge strip reset. Not a healthy way to do it, but it's very frustrating. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.On IMDb search box, start typing in letters. The problem is that it doesn't happen all the time.
2.Eventually you may hit a two-button combo that triggers it.
3.This also happens in form fields such as Blogger/Blogspot comment verification fields

Actual Results:  
Autofill kicks in and the popup window stays open and I cannot type or do anything. No keyboard functionality works in Firefox at all. The only thing I can do, usually, is alt+apple+escape. I get the pinwheel "thinking" icon anytime my mouse is on a Firefox window.

Expected Results:  
autofilled the form field or at least let me finish typing what I'm trying to type.

Kevin, are you on 10.2.8?  If so, this is a duplicate of bug 318283.

Firefox 1.5.0.2 is now out.  Reporter, if this problem no longer occurs, please mark this bug a duplicate of bug 318283.
