Details

The oji.dll files is both in the mozilla bin directory and in the components 
directory.

Expected:
There is only one oji.dll file!
Windows.
Assignee: cls → leaf
mass re-assign of all bugs where i was listed as the qa contact

With the win32-installer the problem seems to have gone away.
