You can: * You can sign in or sign up at other sites on the Passport Network, or try again later at this site. Expected Results: normal login
Maybe try deleting the cookies related to Passport and Hotmail.

I deleted the cookies and I could log in; but that only lasted for 24 hours. More resolution is needed.
Works for me (1.1.9). Please feel free to reopen this if you continue experiencing this issue with a newer release of SeaMonkey. http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/
