330874 - Changes default component assignees for NSS in BMO

Description

[Nelson Bolyard (seldom reads bugmail)]

Please create a new pseudonymous BMO account, [e-mail] with user 
name "Default NSS bug asignee", and change the default assignee for ALL 
NSS components to that new account.  Then the NSS developers can "watch"
that account, and Wan-Teh's mailbox will regain its sanity.  

Wan-Teh is out for a few weeks, so if you want module owner confirmation,
please ask Bob Relyea.

So let's see...  Wah-Teh's mailbox is the one whose sanity you're trying to regain by doing this, and the new account of course doesn't exist yet for him to watch, which means doing this now while he's gone would cost him a few weeks of bugmail...  (which yes, is probably exactly what you're trying to accomplish, it just seems weird to wait until he's already gone to ask...)

Wan-Teh has been in on the decision all along. He's leaving for a few weeks were  unplanned. He would definately appreciate not being floaded with bugmail while he is gone.

ok, do you want to follow the standard practice we've been using everywhere else, which is the default assignee is [e-mail], and the default QA is [e-mail]?

So for example, you would have:

[e-mail]
[e-mail]
[e-mail]
[e-mail]
[e-mail]

Having the dummy account be the default QA also lets the watchers continue to receive mail for the bugs once they've been assigned to a real person.

I think the NSS team is agreed that we do NOT want to use 
"[e-mail]" for NSS at all.  I believe we want to keep the 
unassigned NSS bugs separate from the other unassigned general mozilla bugs. 
[e-mail] was intended to achieve that.

We might get a new QA person or two in a few weeks, so I was going to 
put off asking for changes to the default QA contacts until then.  But I 
think your suggestion for new pseudonyms for default QA contacts is a good 
one.  The new QA person can merely watch the pseudonymous names, obviating
a second change to NSS defaults in a few weeks.

So, let's do what you said, except for using [e-mail] instead of 
[e-mail] for the default assignee.  Thanks.
