User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060111 Firefox/1.5.0.1

I tried copy and pasting a small portion of an AIM conversation into the body of a new e-mail i was composing through g-mail. I used ctrl-c and ctrl-v. When I tried to paste into the body of the document, i reproducibly crashed firefox. I tried pasting into subject line and it worked fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to www.gmail.com
2.goto aim and copy a portion of conversation (mine had a few links to other websites)
3.in gmail, press compose mail
4. click on the body of the message (below the formatting tools) and press ctrl-v to paste
5. enjoy the wonderful crash.

Actual Results:
firefox browser completely crashes and i am asked to submit error first to m$ and then through the quality feedback agent...unfortunately I set it to not prompt me to describe the problem :(. wish i knew how to un-set that...

Expected Results:
umm..i guess i expected it to paste the convo into the e-mail? lol

i dont think there is anything very specific about my set-up but here's my build.. btw, i marked it as critical because u lose a lot of info when browsers crash, particularly when u open a bunch of links to view later and may not be able to re-access them.

btw, after checking it again, I have noticed that it only crashes when i copy a link from aim. i tried copying to word and removing the hyperlink and it worked fine, but that is still an inconvenience and can cause big problems for anyone who unsuspectedly happens upon this bug.
