The Mail-News Buttons have borders around them and text-only appears for some of
them, ie., Reply, Reply All, Forward, New Message, Get Message

1.Open Mail-News
2.Notice Buttons on Toolbar

Actual Results: News-Mail Buttons Display Wrong
Expected Results: Display correctly

toolbars are horked up in todays builds....Changing the component to Front End.
This isn't a networking problem. Jay, I think you like me too much =)
