default settings for toolbar are set not properly

after creating new profile default view is: icons
it should be: icons and text

see screenshot (polish version) but clear - I hope

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new profile
2. try to adjust toolbar

Can confirm this with latest Sunbird trunk build.

Sunbird shows icon with text, but in "Customize..." dialog there is "Icons" selected. This happens with new profile until you change this setting the first time.
