Details

Simon, based on our conversation, there are many function which are not 
implemented and are now required in nsILocalFile.  Could you get this working?
Heh! davidm has already done Copy etc.

What are these required functions
GetFileSizeOfLink
GetLastModificationDateOfLink
SetLastModificationDateOfLink
CopyToFollowingLinks
and the permission crap is all that I know that needs to be implemented. Can 
this be marked as a dup of 27857?
