Using the following builds:

Windows: 03-23-06-m15-nb1b (tested on Win98, Win NT, Win 95)
Mac: 03-23-05-m15-nb1b (tested on Mac 8.6)
Linux: 03-23-05-m15-nb1b (tested on Linux Red Hat 6.0 using Linux 2.2)

Open the attached file. 

The document has a paragraph with the following CSS style: 
background-image: url 

Expected result: The background image should tile the paragraph.

Actual results:
Windows: okay
Mac: okay
Linux: background image tiles the whole page

Background issues are usually handled by Don but I'm going to reassign that one 
to Pav beause it is related to the discussion we had about 
NS_COPYBITS_USE_SOURCE_CLIP_REGION in bug 29879. I suggest closing this bug as 
dup and moving the testcases over to 29879.

Bug 29879 describes what the problem really is but since it is too generic to 
have any testcase, I'm going to close it as dup of this one. The present bug is 
just an aspect of 29879 but at least it can be verified by QA.
