Details

If you click the stop button while loading a page, the stop button stays lit 
(like mouseover) when you move the mouse away.  But, if you alt-tab to another 
application that covers the stop button and then alt-tab back to mozilla, the 
stop button (or even part of the stop button!) is in the expected disabled 
state.

Be sure to make this correctly work on all types of URLs (see the reopened bug 
29952)

This bug is not the same as bug 12897 :)

Eric, did you reproduce this on 98 or NT?  I don't see it on NT.  And any hint 
on what you saw in the ESM?
This is not happening on the latest win32 build.  Marking worksforme.
