no problem here on win32 build 2000032308. This is a secure site., Current builds prompt for the PSM. I see no bug here.

jamesv@softcom.net , do you have the PSM installed when you see this behavior?
PSM installed? Dunno. I have M14-2 installed from the latest Debian files available. Oddly enough, another 128-bit secure site I use, www.drs.dreyfus.com, behaves differently than www.ndb.com. Click on "Account Access." Brings up a new window with edit boxes for username and p/w. Nothing happens.

jamesv@softcom.net, to access secured sites you have to have the Personal Security Manager installed. Mozilla does not come with this packge by defualt. You will need a current build to see the warnings and prompts about PSM (try a nightly) and so I'm resolving this bug Duplicate of bug 26336 which is fixed in recent builds *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 26336 ***
