This regressed between 2006-03-15 and 2006-03-16:

With builds before the regression, I get disabled scrollbars (which isn't necessarely good, see bug 328240).

With builds after the regression, for the top box, it seems like you could scroll forever inside it, the scrollbarthumbs are very small, but they are not usable.
Both top and bottom box show now a scrollbarthumb for the vertical scrollbar, which didn't happen before the regression.

This is almost certainly related to bug 192767.

What I see on OS X is different than the description above: The top box has a very *large* horizontal scrollthumb (almost as wide as the box itself), and the vertical scrollbars are still disabled.

FWIW, I have up on trying to fix XUL in bug 192767 and tried to leave it as untouched as possible, which wasn't completely untouched.

Ok, this is worksforme with a 2006-12-06 build (which is a build before the reflow branch landed).
