Provide windows nightly builds of Sunbird and Lightning (again)

Since 2006-03-13 no nightly builds of Sunbird (trunk) and Lightning (trunk and mozilla1.8) were produced by 'solaria' tinderbox.

It is unclear to me whether solaria is just 'missing in action' or if solaria is waiting to be upgraded to VC8 (see Bug 328335, Bug 323931). The intention of this bug is to trace this issue.

In the meanwhile a custom windows build of Sunbird is available at http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/calendar/2006/03/windows_tinderbox_issues.html .
preed kicked solaria this afternoon, so this is now fixed.   He suggested that we should pursue him or other release folks more aggressively on IRC should this happen again.
