form text fields are redrawn incorrectly

Details
When clicking on any text-field in a form, that field gets redrawn.
But... it would seem to get redrawn such that the rectangular space representing
the area that can be typed in is shifted upwards and to the left about 3 pixels.
Thus the top border, and the left border get drawn over, effectively disappearing.
At first glance it simply looks like the typable area is getting redrawn at an
incorrect offset.
This has happened on the last few builds I've tried (today, yesterday, possibly
the day before). The current build I'm using is 2000032309
