Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.click menu item view > fullscreen mode (if use F11, there's no problems) 2.press F11 or restore button

Are you using a theme, and if so, what one?

If it doesn't happen with default theme in safemode, but DOES happen with default theme with your normal profile, then it sounds like an extension problem, and this bug is therefore INVALID.
