the DOM viewer is broken, because the URL it tries to load is wrong.

it tries to load:
file:///C|/mozilla/prg/bin/chrome/domviewer/content/default/DOMDataSourceViewer.xul

the correct is
file:///C|/mozilla/prg/bin/chrome/domviewer/crome/content/default/DOMDataSourceViewer.xul
                                           *******
ups that should be
file:///C|/mozilla/prg/bin/chrome/domviewer/chrome/content/default/DOMDataSourceViewer.xul
                                           ********

I think this bug is a duplicate of 33048 and could be easily fixed in the makefiles.
