Make select calendar dialog more user-friendly

When working on another patch I noticed that the current select calendar dialog is not very user-friendly. Especially if the dialog contains several calendars or calendars with long names you have to use scroll bars all the time.

I think the dialog should be resizable so that you can view the calendar list better. Also a title should be added to the dialog.
