get sent to a blank page after attempting log in at bank site

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.key site from bookmarks or type it in
2.site home page opens fine
3.key in acct no. and password and am sent to blank page

Actual Results:  
same results

Expected Results:  
successful log in
